Miloais88 Terms & Conditions – Rules, Rights & Responsibilities All Malaysian Members

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and miloais88 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We", or "miloais88"). This agreement governs your use of all services, games, features, and content available on the miloais88 platform, including but not limited to Sports Betting, live matches, E-Sports, table games, virtual sports, and progressive jackpots.

Continued access to the miloais88 platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These terms are to be read together with miloais88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and miloais88.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the miloais88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration and thereafter.
• Being a resident of or legally present in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being subject to any legal prohibition or court order that restricts participation in betting activities.
• Has never had a miloais88 account previously closed due to a policy violation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. miloais88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your National Identity Card or passport) at any time for age and identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed until verification is complete.

Each individual may only hold one (1) active account at miloais88 at any one time. This includes accounts registered under your own name or through any other means. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

3Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your miloais88 account login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and any verification codes sent to your device. miloais88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Live Chat.

You agree to notify the miloais88 support team immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. miloais88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Miloais88 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Change your password regularly and avoid reusing the same password across multiple platforms. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals at miloais88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). miloais88 does not accept or process any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow (Interbank Transfer)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit at miloais88 is RM20 for most payment methods. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the method used and the processing time of the relevant bank. miloais88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks.

For withdrawals, the minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, additional identity verification may be required before processing. All withdrawn funds will be transferred only to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name.

Miloais88 reserves the right to place a hold on or temporarily suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification, particularly for high-value withdrawals or in cases of unusual account activity. miloais88 may also request that members provide proof of source of funds to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

The deposit limits above are miloais88 platform limits. Additional limits may be imposed by your e-wallet provider or bank. VIP limits may vary.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Miloais88 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, daily cashback, weekly rebates, e-wallet bonuses and a tiered VIP programme. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which are set out in full on the miloais88 Promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all miloais88 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are for wagering purposes only and may not be withdrawn directly without meeting the specified rollover requirements.
• Rollover requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, multiplied by the stated rollover multiple (e.g., a RM100 bonus with a 5x rollover requires a total of RM500 in wagers).
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses obtained through misuse, fraud or abuse of policies will be forfeited in full.
• Miloais88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus whose requirements have not been met if there are indications of fraud or manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users.

For daily cashback, credits are processed automatically each morning based on the net loss calculation from the previous day. For weekly rebates on Sports Betting and E-Sports, credits are applied every Monday. 6Betting & Game Rules

Miloais88 offers a wide range of betting and gaming categories, including Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton), live matches, e-sports (MLBB, VALORANT, CS2), casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker), virtual sports and progressive jackpot slots. The general betting rules that apply to all categories are:

• All betting results are final once the relevant match or game has concluded and been confirmed by miloais88.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, unless a technical error is verified by miloais88.
• In the event of a technical disruption, affected bets will be settled based on available information or voided with the full stake returned.
• Miloais88 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a system error. In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded to the member.
• All slot and casino games on miloais88 use an independently audited RNG system. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

For Sports Betting and E-Sports, minimum and maximum stake limits are set for each market and will be displayed during the bet placement process. These limits are subject to change based on market conditions, match significance, and miloais88's current risk management policy. miloais88 reserves the right to restrict or suspend specific betting markets at any time without prior notice.

7Responsible Gaming

Miloais88 is committed to responsible gaming and takes the well-being of every member seriously. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and recreation, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

As part of this commitment, miloais88 provides the following self-control tools to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Choose to take a break from play for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be temporarily suspended for the duration of this period.

8Prohibitions & Prohibited Activities

Use of the miloais88 platform is subject to the following restrictions. You agree not to engage in or attempt any of the following:

• Registering for or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit the bonus system through hedge betting, fraud, or system manipulation.
• Using any software, bots, automation or technical tools to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to miloais88's servers, databases or infrastructure.
• Using the miloais88 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Harming, threatening or harassing miloais88 staff or other members.
• Violating any laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia.

Miloais88 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating the above prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9miloais88 Liability Limits

Miloais88 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption and remains secure at all times. However, miloais88 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from technical disruptions or errors at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, miloais88 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform disruptions, failures or unavailability that are beyond miloais88's control.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Indirect, incidental or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

In all cases, miloais88's maximum total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Miloais88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification or a request from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the miloais88 support team. Upon closure at a member's request, any valid balance (excluding unfulfilled bonuses) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method, once all checks have been completed.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, miloais88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with that breach.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Miloais88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Miloais88 will endeavour to notify active members of significant amendments via in-platform notices or registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to check this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the miloais88 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the miloais88 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.
